T-Bone Steaks

If you like your beef on the bone then the T-Bone is the steak for you - Ideal for Frying or grilling and great on the BBQ. This steak will melt in your mouth and taste fantastic. Prepared from the Short Sirloin. The Steaks will be cut across the grain of the muscle and followed through with the saw ensuring that each portion is of an even thickness and external fat will be trimmed to a maximum thickness of 10mm. All our Beef is sourced from Edenmore Meats in Donegal. We have full trace-ability on all our Beef.
